inspired by my reading of the happiness project by gretchen rubin, i am instituting monday "gratitude" posts (read here for more detail), where i will list "3 things i'm grateful for" from the previous week.
the 3 things i'm grateful for this week are:
1) a few lovely days with mom visiting - which included a spontaneous decision (yay for spontaneity!) to go see wicked (yes, again! i'm a nut!) on wednesday night!
2) a spot of whimsy has gotten this close to 100 followers! i might just have to host my first giveaway when i hit that number (hint hint!)!
3) a really satisfying weekend filled with lots of sleep, lots of progress made in my decluttering project(s), and lots of good conversation (and snark!) with a bff during the golden globes last night!

- a stroll through central park in the snow with from me to you.

p.s. worked on a new wintery blog header over the weekend too, it was beyond the time for christmas to be retired! hope you like, although i'm not sure i'm totally satisfied with this one. may still need some tweaking...
