diy: personalized hanger.

for my sister's wedding, she asked if i could find a way to personalize the wooden hangers she'd purchased for the bridesmaid dresses.  challenge accepted.

{the supplies: white transfer paper; paint pen; pencil}

{print the size & font of your choosing on regular printer paper.  place the transfer paper
underneath, and tape all in place.  using the pencil, trace over the outline of the name.}

{transfers done}

{more transfers complete}

 {use the paint pen to trace over your transfer.  this takes a bit of concentration and a steady hand, so take your time!}

{all done}

{waiting to be steamed on the big day}

the great part of this project is that the transfer paper technique can be adapted for so many other diys.  it's not a fast process, but it works beautifully.
