inspired by my reading of the happiness project by gretchen rubin, i am instituting sunday "gratitude" posts (read here for more detail).
in lieu of "3 things" i'm grateful for this week, let's sum it all up in one: mom.
there are no words that can ever adequately thank her for all she's done for me and kleine schwester. we are very lucky.

So, inspired by both your blog posts and your e-mail mentioning "The Happiness Project," I went out and bought the book yesterday and as of now, I'm about 195 pages in. You said that you wouldn't go so far as to say reading it was life-changing, and while I don't think it'll be completely life-altering for me, I do think it has the potential to effect some big changes in my life. It really addresses some stuff I've been struggling with, so in sum, thank you SO MUCH for introducing this into my life! Keep up the great work with the blog, dear.
