cinephile.

oh my goodness, i cannot believe it has taken me this long to share debbie reynold's phenomenal collection of hollywood costumes and artifacts.  or at least it used to be hers, because after amassing this collection over decades, she - gasp - auctioned them off back in june!  i don't know what prompted her to do so, because these pieces are fabulous.  i included some of my favorites below, but check out the full catalog here.

{marilyn monroe in the seven year itch}
{elizabeth taylor in national velvet}
{julie andrews in the sound of music}
{judy garland in the wizard of oz}
{grace kelly in to catch a thief}
{audrey hepburn in my fair lady}
{elizabeth taylor in cleopatra}
{edmund gwenn in miracle on 34th street}
{judy garland in meet me in st. louis}
{barbra streisand in funny girl}
